Package Your Module

Securely pack your module for exchange. Do not use plain envelopes or loosely pack the items, as this may damage them! Instead, securely package them with bubble wrap.
In an exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping of the original module. We'll ship you a brand new module, and cover shipping and insurance for the new one.
We offer advanced and standard replacement. All modules we send out for RMAs are tested and certified. We'll only send you modules that are the same or equivalent models!

Return Policy

Adamanta products rarely are defective and need to be returned. However, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of each order's delivery date. If you have problems with your Adamanta order within 30 days, please contact Adamanta Customer Support. Refunded orders will be given an RMA Tracking number to keep track of the status of your order.

RMA Terms and Conditions

Eligible Returns 
Undamaged parts returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a refund on the original invoice. The refunded amount will be for the value of the returned items, with up to a 20% restocking fee applied to prevent abuse of the returns system.  

Return Shipping 
All returned parts must be securely packed in either the original packaging or an antistatic protective bag. Be sure to pack all products for returns securely, as Adamanta is not responsible for products damaged in transit. 

You must pay return shipping, associated taxes, and any duties on the returned package. Adamanta reserves the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for all returned products.

Please retain all shipping information, such as tracking numbers or shipping invoices, until after you have received your refund. Additionally, please insert a copy of the RMA number into your return's package. [Refunds and returns will be processed on business days during our business hours. Our business hours are 9 AM to 5PM PST, Monday to Friday.]

Limitations, Terms, and Conditions to the Adamanta RMA Policy 
The Adamanta warranty is non-transferrable. This warranty only applies to you, the original purchaser. The Adamanta Lifetime Warranty does not apply to parts bought through a reseller, second-hand parts, or any variation thereof.

We don't cover damage caused by improper usage, disassembly, or user error. Securely package your return; we don't cover transit damage. 

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover lost wages, revenue, damage to systems due to improper installation, or personal injury/harm.
