Warranty Policy

Adamanta warrants to the original end user that its Adamanta-branded memory products are free from defects in material and workmanship affecting form, fit and function. Any claims of defect can only be made by a verified purchase customer. Adamanta, at its option, will repair or replace (with the next best compatible product available at the original purchase price or fair market value) any product determined to be defective within the scope of warranty coverage. 

Any repaired or replacement modules will either to be new or factory re-certified. All re-certified modules are fully tested to ensure the functionality is on par with new product[s]. Customer is ONLY responsible for PROPER packaging (Transit damage to Adamanta will VOID warranty) and shipping/handling charges of item[s] to Adamanta. Adamanta will cover any shipping/handling charges to return serviced warranty item back to you.

Adamanta Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to product[s] sold to unauthorized resellers or 3rd parties. Adamanta warranty does not cover any user damage to the product that results from improper installation, mishandling and misuse, unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. 

Removing or tampering with the Adamanta or original product label will VOID the warranty. Adamanta warranty is not liable for any losses and or damages to revenue/wages, programs, data, systems or machines when installing, servicing, using or removing Adamanta products. 

Terms and conditions of this warranty are subject to change at any time by Adamanta Inc. If terms and conditions of the warranty change, updated terms will be placed on this webpage.
