At any time if your module does not work the way it’s supposed to, you can submit for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can submit a request through your account or you can email email@example.com for approval. A RMA number must be obtained before any modules are returned to Adamanta. Modules received without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender’s expense.
The return authorization is valid for 8 days only, all return packages must be received within 8 days from the date of return authorization or the package will not be accepted and returned back to the sender.
All products must be returned as it was sent to you which includes any and all product labels.

All modules received through RMA will be inspected for physical damage. Any damage via user damage or transit damage will void the warranty. Removing or tampering with the Adamanta or Original label will void the warranty. To minimize possible damage caused by transit, please package the modules securely. All parts must be protected by anti-static bubble wrap. DO NOT send parts in an envelope or without padding to fill up the box as items may be damaged in transit. Adamanta is not liable for any damages or loss which may have occurred in transit.
Once the RMA modules have been received and inspected, a replacement will be provided within 30 days. If an exact replacement of the returned item is not available, an equivalent product will be provided at Adamanta’s discretion.
